I'm Holly Bonvissuto, founder of Good Living Wellness, where I help you move better, feel stronger, and age vibrantly. As an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, TRS-C Mobility Specialist, Yoga Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Holistic Health Coach, I combine yoga, corrective alignment, mobility training, and mindful movement to create personalized plans for sustainable and lasting wellbeing.

My approach blends science-backed techniques with thousands of hours of teaching experience, a deep reverence for the human body, and a heart for the principles of yoga.
