Some questions are hard to answer with general guidance alone - what your specific body needs right now, where an old injury changes what's safe, how to build strength without aggravating a stubborn joint. That's where working together one-on-one comes in.
Each session is built around you: your history, your goals, and whatever combination of yoga, breathwork, mobility training, strength work, and lifestyle coaching fits where you are today. Together, we figure out what's actually going on and what to do about it. No guessing, no generic program to force yourself into.

Each 60-minute session is shaped around whatever you need most, yoga, mobility work, myofascial massage, breathwork, strength, or a blend of all of them. Between sessions, you'll have simple home practices designed to maintain momentum, and together we'll track what's actually shifting, so progress doesn't feel elusive.
